LA Fit Studio fave L'urv Sportswear back in store
The killer Mod Squad collection continues…
One of our favourite activewear labels, L’urv has just dropped their high summer collection at LA Fit Studio. Stocked at both our Subiaco and Highgate studios, there is a great range of easy to wear monochrome based prints in a variety of styles, from shorts and leggings to crops and jackets.
We are loving the houndstooth print this season. Originating in the 1800’s but brought back in the 1930’s by the upper class as a symbol of wealth, houndstooth secured its position in the fashion industry during the late 50’s and early 60’s when frequented by big fashion power houses Christian Dior, Chanel and Louis Vuitton. Rarely seen in activewear, this bold and classic print is an easy statement look that can be paired with a block colour or simple black and white.
Whilst the houndstooth leggings, shorts and jacket (we just can’t choose!) are firmly on the top of our Christmas wish lists, we can’t go past a good animal print. The zebra print leggings in ash grey and black are fighting for a close second. Maybe if we are extra nice this week Santa will buy us both… Here’s hoping!
