It's Week 5! Which also means, this IS the home stretch and it’s weigh in week. You have 2 classes to squeeze in, 6-8 meals and it's (super) crunch time.
You're not likely to perform any miracles in 48 hours. 2 classes may not undo the lost opportunity of the 29 days behind you, but those 90 minutes on the machine and 6-8 times you sit down to eat - could be the minutes or the meals that shift your numbers. They could be the progressions you are willing to attempt that push you from uncertainty to celebration.
It's time to cement your WHY, move without distraction, practice progression, finish that story and set yourself FREE. Maybe these last 2 days are your most courageous. Maybe these last 2 days turn your Mega May from "I could have done...." to F$&K YES I DID!!
