20 minute Progress Check-ins are scheduled throughout the week at varying times to accommodate busy schedules and are subject to change each month.
To book your Progress Check-in on the timetable below, click on the week you wish to book then click ‘Search’ to view available sessions.
Please note: A strict 24 hour cancellation policy applies to all appointment bookings. If you cancel within the 24 hour window you will lose your appointment credit. If you do not cancel and do not attend your appointment you will lose your credit AND a NO SHOW fee of $15 will apply (charged to the card on file). A valid credit card must be kept on file at all times.
