What do you bring to class?
The party! Good times, music and maintaining health through balance have always been what I’m about. I don’t care if you’re laughing with me or at me, as long as you’re smiling, moving, having a good time, and leave feeling confident and empowered.
What do you love about Ride?
The rhythm and energy that the music brings, the choreography that adds that element of fun and dance, and all put together so that every class is a mental and physical journey. I could never go back to any other form of cardio.
What do you love about LA Fit?
Our community and positive energy. But also the balance of the workouts offered. Ride and lagree compliment each other perfectly to keep help you to continue to grow both physically and mentally.
