What do you bring to class?

I bring epic tunes. Honestly, I create my playlist before I create my sequencing. I bring creativity and I bring a coaching approach that encourages you but leaves space for you to decide for yourself. I like to offer an “invitation” to explore and grow.

What do you love about Lagree?

To me this method is the perfect environment to practice intentional movement. It carries healthy risk, with us performing moves on this machine that is elevated off the ground, requiring balance and concentration and leaving little room for daydreaming or multi-tasking. So while you are getting incredibly strong you are also practicing a slow pace, and mindful movement and that is a unique recipe that has you walking out of class feeling strong, accomplished but also grounded because you have been moving slowly with presence for 45 minutes. It has “moving meditation” written all over it.

What do you love about LA Fit?

There are so many things I love about LA Fit and one of them is the people who work there. Every single person who works on the team truly wants to be there and that makes for such a beautiful community for members to belong to. You can feel that. The clients know one another, the staff know everyone by name and take genuine interest in your training progress. It is a special place, and that’s why I choose to spend so much time there. For the people, for the music, for the two epic training methods and for the wonderful community that feel like family.
