To cancel your membership, you must provide at least 7 days’ notice using the form below.

If you choose to cancel your membership before the end of your minimum 12 week term, you will be charged the outstanding balance. If your minimum term has been completed, your membership will be cancelled from the last day of the relevant active cycle.
