With 3 days to go, we need a plan. Is there anything...ANYTHING at all that you could do to really take these last few days to the next level?
Over the last 4 weeks there has been so many opportunities to learn about yourself. Your patterns, habits, physical body, the way you think, the stories you tell yourself and the stories you justify to yourself. We found our why, set intentions and practiced being present. Perhaps discovering the art of awareness was horribly uncomfortable for some. When we are present... we become aware of who we are and how we present ourselves to the world around us! We challenged ourselves to do something or many things differently in the name of growth. Then we recommitted and here we are!
So, what's next for you? You may be hanging to go back to your old ways or perhaps a little anxious about what will drive you to stay motivated after the Megaformer Challenge has wrapped up.

This is just the beginning guys! Don't see the 31st of May as the closing of a chapter, see it as the beginning of an opportunity for you to be accountable for YOU. We will continue to have your backs, but this is YOU now...and you got this!!
So...what's next? I'll start you off. If you didn't hit up a combo class in May, then I challenge you to try one in June. Just one. You will be HOOKED! LA Fit Studio Highgate is the ONLY studio in Australia that offer killer combo classes MegaRide and RideMega. Imagine little old Perth being ahead of the Eastern states! I may be biased as an instructor but I swear... these classes are some of the best fun you can have in Perth!
I am so proud of everyone's efforts during the Megaformer Challenge. The energy in the studios has been so high! We’ve loved seeing you connect with other clients... making new friends that have been sweating, shaking and burning with you. These challenges bring people together and we have loved strengthening old and creating new relationships through the mentor program.
