Introducing the future of health

One size doesn’t fit all when it comes to being healthy – being confident in how you look and feel. There are so many fitness programs and nutrition programs and wellness techniques out there it’s almost impossible to know which is right for you. It can be overwhelming. Until now.

What is a HealthType?

Scientists have discovered the biological code that connects with your genes, influences your organ function, determines your hormone levels and emotions and even how you think and process information. Of the 7.5 billion people on the planet, there are six HealthTypes that describe people with similar biology and physiology.

One size doesn’t fit all

The bodies pictured are clearly different, with more similarities adjacent than across the circle. When you look at it this way, it makes sense that frequent, high energy workouts that suit the Connector (the well-muscled, shorter person at the top) could overload the Sensor (the long, very lean person at the bottom). That the strong Guardian (top right) would lift heavier and for longer than the leaner Crusader (bottom left). That the nimble little Activator (top left) might digest food faster than the larger Diplomat.

Each HealthType has its own set of strengths and weaknesses, we all do. And that’s ok!

Because information is power. When we understand our unique body we can make smarter choices. Spend time and effort where it will count. Get more bang for buck.
