What do you love about Lagree?

Lagree is hands-down, my all-time-favourite workout. Ever. I love how strong it makes me feel, I love what it does for my body, I love it! My love for Lagree is why LA Fit exists.

What do you love about Ride?

I love that rhythm ride makes cardio fun! (I love a dance) But it’s the post-class feeling that keep me coming back for more. Money back guarantee that you will always feel better on the way out than when you arrived.

What do you bring to class?

In both the Mega + Ride room, that 90% intensity with a touch of fun and cheese. A big focus on technique, pushing those limits, making every second we’re in the room worthwhile.

What do you love about Lagree?

That sweat, shake and burn! The ability to refine each movement and create that intensity through the mind muscle stimulation, knowing it never gets easier, no matter how much stronger you get. Love a good challenge!

What do you love about Ride?

The way the music, each track in each class takes you on a journey. That post Ride glow, physically, mentally and emotionally + the opportunity to make a difference in somebody’s day through a full body cardio party.

What do you bring to class?

I don’t take myself too seriously and it’s this sense of fun that I bring to my classes. Combine this with an emphasis on good technique and a tough attitude and you’ll have fun and work hard at the same time.

I love the combination of music, working hard and that community vibe. Looking out and seeing those sweaty smiles makes my day.

I love to laugh. My goal is to make clients smile and enjoy their workout experience. I inspire, challenge and educate clients to live a healthier, stronger, more positive life through mind and body.

I love that Lagree empowers clients to create long, lean, functional muscle strength while working to their fullest potential. I have a really hands-on approach and attention to form to ensure clients get the most out of every minute with me.

What do you love about Ride?

I’m a professional dancer, so I love the music, the moves and the chance to choreograph again! The high energy and fun vibe in the Ride room makes class fly by.

Moving back to Perth after living internationally and interstate for so long was a big change, but LA Fit feels like home.

What do you bring to class?

I bring energy, flow, technical cues and pumpin’ tunes!

What do you love about Lagree?

I love the mind body connection created; Lagree allows you to slow down, focus internally, and be present all while every muscle is on fire. On top of aesthetic benefit, the slow consistent time under tension increases functional strength without the impact.

What do you love about LA Fit?

I believe in movement; in its importance on human functionality, physiological health and mental wellbeing. I love being a part of clients journey’s to become healthier in these areas and I love the very human connections that are made through fitness. Last but not least, I love that music is an important part of group classes and that I can incorporate that passion of mine into teaching.

What do you bring to class?

My classes are very much focused around being present in the moment, allowing yourself to be a little selfish and treat your body to what it needs. Whether that be your alone time, a new commitment, a goal or simply feeding the addiction to the Lagree method you have discovered. My approach is that of technique, I love to be all hands on to ensure you really are moving your body correctly and feeling the full potential of building strength, flexibility, balance and most of all control of the body and mind.

What do you love about Lagree?

I have been active my whole life and through so many different fitness styles, Lagree has me addicted. The strength, control and all over body awareness created through the method keeps my injury free through everything else I do. It really is a whole-body commitment!

LA fit really has allowed me to bring my full self to the classes I teach, combining my love for technique with a lot of personality and cheek. You can always expect some booty shaking bangers to be playing.

What do you love about LA Fit?

LA fit is a family for me, not only the team culture we have created but the clients. I have so much time for people and if their time at the studio is the only time, they have in their day to disconnect from everyday stress I want to be a part of making that experience one of happiness and laughter.

What do you bring to class?

The party! Good times, music and maintaining health through balance have always been what I’m about. I don’t care if you’re laughing with me or at me, as long as you’re smiling, moving, having a good time, and leave feeling confident and empowered.

What do you love about Ride?

The rhythm and energy that the music brings, the choreography that adds that element of fun and dance, and all put together so that every class is a mental and physical journey. I could never go back to any other form of cardio.

What do you bring to class?
Respect for clients is the most important aspect when teaching a class, everyone’s bodies, fitness levels and abilities are different, so I ensure the class is structured to accommodate this. In addition, communication is key! I want clients to understand how a movement should feel so they walk away feeling a sense of achievement but also, they challenge themselves mentally and physically.

What do you love about Lagree?
I love Lagree because it incorporates functional movement, strength, and mobility! Also, there are endless movements, so each class is never the same.

The moment you step into LA Fit you always feel welcomed and the environment the staff and clients create gives you a sense of community.

What do you bring to class?

I put a lot of time and thought into programming my classes to ensure clients experience the Lagree method to its full potential. I like to incorporate a mixture on the regular mega-moves with moves the clients may be less familiar with so I keep them on their toes. I have a genuine interest in the health and wellbeing of the clients and want to help them get the most out of their workout through modifications or added challenges.

What do you love about Lagree?

There is nothing that compares to Lagree when it comes to toning the booty and strengthening the core. Fitness has been an important part of my life for many years but I found muscles I never knew I had once I started Lagree. I love that most of the exercises require a number of muscles to work together to support and move the body meaning you are guaranteed an all body workout every time. 

What do you love about LA Fit? 

I love that all the instructors bring a unique flavor to the team and individually we are all awesome, as a team we are unstoppable. We have an amazing work culture where we encourage and support each other and I think that comes through in the way we interact with clients. It’s such a fun and relaxed environment that I really do look forward to coming in for work or for a class.

Focus on technique, encouragement, music that you can singalong to and uplifting energy. My goal with each class is that you feel more empowered, to enjoy exercise, and live a more balanced, happy life.

What do you love about Lagree?

There’s nothing similar to a Lagree workout, I love how each session makes me feel challenged, but also empowered at the same time. It’s an excellent full body workout that helps you to focus and to connect with yourself and your body more. Each and every move covers key elements of fitness, it never gets boring, and I love how you always feel that burn.

I absolutely love and adore the LA Fit team and community. From the first moment, everyone has been super friendly and welcoming. It’s like being a part of a big and loving family. For someone who lives far away from home, it’s been super important to find a place like this.

I like to keep clients guessing and entertained! Creating new and fun ways to do the same moves is my favourite way to do this along with a super friendly atmosphere.

There literally is nothing else like it anywhere! The machine is hands down the best way to form strong abdominal muscles that support everyday movement; along with helping you achieve the flattest stomach you will ever have.

Good vibes! Plus, I love my music so there’s always going to be a song in there to sing out to. 

What do you love about Lagree?

Lagree is an incredible method that enables you to move and strengthen the whole body while creating that mind & body connection. To get that burn and shake in 45 mins and to leave feeling so challenged but refreshed at the same time is rare. It’s important having a class that I can focus solely on me and what I need so I can show up outside of class and be my best self (especially since becoming a mum). The space feels transformative and the motivation/support from the instructors is like none other. I hope to make anyone who comes into my classes feel the same way supported, strong and accomplished.

When you’re in the room nothing else matters but the beat you are riding to. You can be yourself, let go, have fun and walk out feeling like you can take on anything. 

What do you love about LA Fit? 

It feels like a second home and is so nice to be surrounded by like minded people. The support is always there and it’s just a super positive place.

What do you love about Ride?

It’s the only workout that I look forward to and will wake up early for, I love the music and the community and the feeling of being invincible on the bike!

What do you love about Lagree?

I love that Lagree is accessible for most people as it is easily tailored to one’s physical capabilities with a quick change in spring load or anchor points. It is a full body workout that really gets us the results we want as I’ve seen in a lot of the clients. It is also fun and each workout brings new movements and always manages to amaze me by showing me what our bodies can do and how much strength and endurance we actually have.

A community of really nice instructors and clients, where everyone can learn from each other. Can’t wait to try out Megaformer as well!

What do you bring to class?

I definitely bring energy! I’m the type of instructor who has a strong resting bitch face but is actually nice when you approach me. I’m very bubbly, energetic, and LOUD!

What do you love about Ride?

I love Ride because it is a way to escape reality for me. It’s a place where I can be anything I want to be for 45 minutes. It’s a community where people support and encourage each other to work hard because you love your body, NOT BECAUSE YOU HATE IT 😉

What do you love about LA Fit?

I don’t know much about LA Fit yet, but I do know that we’re a family. And I’m grateful to be a part of it! I love how friendly and welcoming everyone is!

1. What do you bring to class?

I bring an energy and all the feels for an amazing workout!

2. What do you love about Ride?

I love that Ride gives everyone the opportunity to own it, and rock it! No matter who you are or where you’re from, the bike allows us to challenge ourselves physically and mentally, and leave feeling incredible.

I love that Lagree is genuinely for everyone. No other workout can you build strength and muscular endurance, increase flexibility and boost cardiovascular fitness in 45 minutes.

Fell in love after the first shake! Every class is different and I love how Lagree challenges me both mentally and physically. It’s a perfect combination of strength and grace.

I’m a big advocate in mindfulness and I incorporate that in my classes. Encouraging everyone to respect their bodies, to embrace the challenge, celebrate the progress and to have fun.  I’m always on the pursuit to learn more to help students move, feel, and live better.

What do you love about Lagree?

The diverse and dynamic nature of the classes. Each session is unique, ensuring that every time you leave, you feel the satisfying sweat and burn. Since embarking on my Lagree journey, my core and body have toned up more than with any other exercise, and the best part is it’s low-impact! Being able to connect your mind with your body has such an incredible effect on your progression and I love to keep developing those skills.

It has to be the community! Before becoming an instructor, I was a client and everyone was so welcoming that I decided becoming a part of the LA Fit team was the dream. Being from the UK, the community really does feel like a home away from home.

I like to bring plenty of fun to my classes but also make sure everyone works hard and feels challenged. I’m known for my banter and fun tunes! I will ensure you leave feeling 10/10!

What do you love about Lagree?

I love that every workout challenges me and I know exactly what muscles I’m working!

I love that it’s quick and efficient and whilst it’s the toughest workout I have done it’s also a time to switch off from the outside world and focus on what my mind and body needs. 

It suits every fitness level and builds results and strength very quickly, the sweat and burn is completely addictive!
