I bring energy, flow, technical cues and pumpin’ tunes!
What do you love about Lagree?
I love the mind body connection created; Lagree allows you to slow down, focus internally, and be present all while every muscle is on fire. On top of aesthetic benefit, the slow consistent time under tension increases functional strength without the impact.
What do you love about Ride?
I love the collective energy created when everyone is moving to the same beat in the same direction. When you step into that room your journey is dictated by playlist, choreography and structure so it is different with every class you do, and no two classes create the same experience.
What do you love about LA Fit?
I believe in movement; in its importance on human functionality, physiological health and mental wellbeing. I love being a part of clients journey’s to become healthier in these areas and I love the very human connections that are made through fitness. Last but not least, I love that music is an important part of group classes and that I can incorporate that passion of mine into teaching.
