What do you bring to class?
I put a lot of time and thought into programming my classes to ensure clients experience the Lagree method to its full potential. I like to incorporate a mixture on the regular mega-moves with moves the clients may be less familiar with so I keep them on their toes. I have a genuine interest in the health and wellbeing of the clients and want to help them get the most out of their workout through modifications or added challenges.
What do you love about Lagree?
There is nothing that compares to Lagree when it comes to toning the booty and strengthening the core. Fitness has been an important part of my life for many years but I found muscles I never knew I had once I started Lagree. I love that most of the exercises require a number of muscles to work together to support and move the body meaning you are guaranteed an all body workout every time.
What do you love about LA Fit?
I love that all the instructors bring a unique flavor to the team and individually we are all awesome, as a team we are unstoppable. We have an amazing work culture where we encourage and support each other and I think that comes through in the way we interact with clients. It’s such a fun and relaxed environment that I really do look forward to coming in for work or for a class.
