For most of us there’s usually a trade-off between cardio and strength training. Very few exercise regimes incorporate both so we spend a lot of time and money on gym memberships to access an adequate variety of equipment.
Sebastien Lagree, creator and founder of Lagree Fitness, recently completed a study on the cardiovascular effects of Lagree Fitness. The test compared a 20 minute Lagree Fitness workout on the Megaformer with a 20 minute workout on the elliptical (cross-trainer), one of the most popular pieces of equipment used in gyms.
The results proved the Megaformer offers a better cardiovascular and fat-burning workout, with the added benefits of strength training and no stress on the joints.
