The Western Australian State Government has announced that proof of vaccination requirements will be extended to a range of venues including gyms, fitness studios and centres from Monday January 31, 2022.
This means that anyone over 16 entering LA Fit from this date must be double vaccinated.
Attending LA Fit from January 31, 2022
If you wish to continue attending LA Fit (we hope you do!), a team member must sight your proof of vaccination or medical exemption.
Mindbody has functionality for us to record your vaccination status so we only need to sight it once. Please be patient as our team learns and manages this new process. To assist in streamlining this process, you may show or email us your proof of vaccination in advance of the mandate date.
Hygiene measures: The studio and equipment is cleaned and sanitised regularly in line with our safety plan. Please continue to check in and sanitise or wash your hands on entry.
If you are unable to attend due to restrictions
If you are not double vaccinated you are not permitted to enter LA Fit until you are, or restrictions are lifted. Your credits will remain available for you to use after this time:
– You may request to suspend your membership and/or extend the expiry of your casual package until you can return
– Your credits may be transferred to an alternative service offering or someone else.
– Please respect our terms of sale and position as a small business that has been severely affected by ongoing restrictions over the past 21 months and note that no refunds will be given.
