Club 100 – Georgia Wiley

Our member Georgia recently celebrated her 100th class at LA Fit and hasn’t looked back!  Georgia is a busy marketing professional in her mid-twenties who’s been with us since June 2023. Red Room Ride was her very first class and after a month on our EOFY pass she was hooked on Megaformer! There’s a good chance you’re already following Georgia’s @perthfeast accounts on TikTok or Instagram! It’s your go-to for what’s on in Perth, from awesome events to amazing restaurants, she’s got so many brilliant recommendations… including LA Fit! Between her busy career and running Perth Feast, Georgia makes time for Lagree Fitness three times a week for strength and for some much needed time for herself.  Georgia shares how LA Fit has been a total game changer! Make Time My time with LA Fit has been short but so incredibly meaningful and important to my overall health goals!  The best decision I ever made was switching my workouts to low intensity. Not only have I seen changes in my body but also major changes in my overall health. Can’t wait to keep getting stronger! Keep It Real Health for me has always been a rollercoaster since losing 35 kg in my late teens. I have really struggled to find the balance between doing too much and not enough. Since joining LA Fit I have found a real clear balance and it's something I will forever be grateful for.  Have Fun The instructors keep it fun even during the biggest burn of your life or when you rock up at 5:45 am for an early morning class. The tips, guidance and overall encouragement from each team member at LA Fit makes the time spent at the studio extra special.  Lead the Pack And because I am more confident in myself, it's encouraged me to take up swimming laps and running (I did my first 5km run this morning outside... baby achievement but SO happy with that).
