Here's the lowdown on TRI our monthly fitness event with instructor Morgan Gail. 

  • Start at Highgate with 30 minutes of Megaformer
  • Run over to Subiaco
  • Finish with 30 minutes of Ride
    Don't worry... we'll get you back to Highgate. We promise we don't make you run the whole way back! 

Our second session kicks off on Sunday 5 May at 8.30am-10.30am. $37pp.
